How credits
work.
One credit = one agent action, a discrete step an AI Employee takes, like a tool call, a generated artifact, or a routed decision. A typical task runs 5–30 credits. You always see the spend per task in the Activity Hub.
No. You can create as many AI Employees as you like on any paid plan, you're metered on the work they ship (credits), not on how many you hire. Seats are for the humans who direct them.
Work pauses gracefully and you're notified, nothing fails silently. Top up with a credit bundle at any time, or set auto-refill so the loop never stops.
Unused monthly credits roll over for one month on Team and Business. Top-up bundles never expire.
