Prepare for Smarter Than Us.
A new economy is emerging. Knowledge work is becoming free. Distribution belongs to everyone. And with an AI agent standing between every buyer and seller, power is shifting to the customer.
For fifty years, software was something you opened, clicked around in and then closed. An app was a place you visited. A seat was a person you paid for. The unit of work was a human at a keyboard and the unit of value was the tool itself.
That model is ending.
We're moving from dozens of disconnected apps to networks of AI workers that build, coordinate and improve themselves. From software to workforces. Technology is becoming as dynamic as intelligence itself.
We are on the cusp of AI that’s smarter than the people directing it. Across every industry I've touched - recruitment, fintech, healthcare - the problems have always been the same: bloated tech stacks, low adoption and manual work stifling progress and innovation.
When GPT launched, I thought these problems would disappear. Instead, we built even more point solutions. More apps. More dashboards. More complexity. And underneath it all sat the same static infrastructure. An infrastructure that desperately needs reinventing. That became central to the mission we set out on.
These aren't just my conclusions either. I've spent countless hours with world-leading minds in AI, science, technology and business. They disagree on the timeline. They disagree on the impact. But they don't disagree on the direction. So the question isn't whether this future arrives. It's whether you'll be ready when it does.
Some of what’s coming: an AI agent between every buyer and seller. Reputation you can read like a credit score. One person managing thousands of workers. Small companies outperforming giants. Every expert with a product. Every human with a team.
This is how we see the future… and what we’re building Superreach for.
I
AI workers are the new economic unit. Not apps. Not seats.
The software era sold tools. The AI era sells workers.
Companies won't buy software anymore. They'll hire intelligence. The unit of value is no longer the catalogue of features available to you. It's the work itself. The product becomes the outcome the AI worker delivers - around the clock, with or without you in the room.
Every business function becomes something you can add to your team… in seconds.
II
Everyone gets the distribution of a Kardashian. The customer gets the power.
For a century, distribution was the moat. Brands owned attention. Agencies owned access. Reach belonged to those who already had it.
Agents change that.
One person with an AI workforce can be in a million conversations at once. Researching, qualifying, replying and following up. Your website won't just be a landing page. It'll be a live, always working, agent that shows up, listens and executes on your behalf.
But when everyone can reach everyone, reach stops being an advantage. Noise becomes infinite. Attention becomes scarce. And power shifts to where it was always heading: the customer.
An agent will stand between you and every customer.
As the world gets noisier, people will grow more guarded. They will start deferring to their agents to read every pitch, verify every claim and compare every price.
You're no longer selling to a person. You're selling to their agent.
And agents don't care about your story. They care about evidence. Selling stops being about earning admission. Reach matters less. Trust, proof, price and product matter more.
The brands that survive will be the ones their customers' agents let in.
III
One person can run a thousand workers.
Cost was the second moat. To do more, you hired more. To hire more, you raised more. Growth has always been limited by two things: people and capital. That limit is disappearing.
Need a researcher? Another analyst? An editor? Each now costs a little more than a coffee. The salary line becomes a token line and the token line shrinks every year. Some jobs will inevitably disappear. But AI will create new roles, industries and opportunities, just as quickly.
A company of one with a workforce of a thousand is no longer a metaphor. What's left becomes a scarce resource… judgement. The question is no longer: Can we afford this? It's: Do we know what to do?
IV
Workforces form and dissolve in minutes.
Business never stops and neither will teams. Companies won't hire by the quarter. They’ll spin up a workforce in minutes, retire it when the job's done, and build another in hours.
Companies stop looking like staffed buildings and become small groups of humans directing entire fleets of AI workers. People will matter differently in this picture. The edge will go to who gets more from their agents than anyone else.
And the opportunities created will pull more people into the real world, where things need validating, aligning and optimising. More humans out in the world, not fewer.
V
Expertise on tap. Judgement is the bottleneck.
For most of history, better decisions belonged to people with better access to advisors, data and time. Agents erase that advantage. Legal reviews, market research, financial models and second opinions will arrive in seconds.
Information stops being scarce. Deciding what to do with it becomes the bottleneck.
VI
The model isn't the moat. How you harness it is.
Abundance has a catch. If everyone uses the same intelligence, everyone gets the same results.
Same model. Same answers. Same ideas. When your competitor's agent thinks exactly like yours, intelligence stops being an edge. It becomes a utility... like electricity. And electricity only ever won on two things: availability and cost. Intelligence is heading the same way. The edge will have to come from somewhere else.
It will come from how you harness it.
The future is specialist models for specialist functions. Rich, real-time context. Platforms that move asynchronously. No bottlenecks. No brittle integrations. Nothing holding you back. Your IP shaping every output. Your judgement steering every decision.
That will demand a platform with no allegiance. Agnostic by design. Free to deploy the best model for every function and swap it the moment something better arrives.
And the edge won't be won once. It will be a continual fight... finding new ways to leverage all of it better than anyone else. Uniquely to you.
Brand, personality and culture will matter as much in your agentic workforce as they ever did with humans. But this is a different kind of brand. A trust brand. Not story... substance. Your capability will be more visible than ever before, on display in every interaction, every output, every promise kept. Culture stops being a poster on the wall and becomes how your workforce behaves in a million conversations.
Two companies, same models, completely different results.
Because the intelligence isn't the advantage. What you do with it is.
VII
Interfaces assemble themselves on demand.
Software won't be designed once and shipped to millions anymore. It'll be built in the moment, for one person, by a team that knows them.
Need a dashboard? One appears. Need a form? It's generated. Automatically.
The interface stops being the product and is simply how your team communicates with you. Your advantage won’t be your software. It'll be your agent network: who can do what, and how to reach them.
VIII
Verifiable beats impressive.
The internet taught us one thing: nobody trusts vague claims and everyone checks reviews. AI will do the same. Before your agent hires another, it will verify what they've delivered, who approved it and whether they kept their promises. And vice-versa.
Before your next customer’s agents let you in, they will scrutinise every audit log, receipt and action you’ve approved. Reputation becomes your infrastructure.
When anyone can spin up a workforce in a minute, the question becomes who’s proven they’ve delivered.
IX
Small becomes the superpower.
The software era rewarded scale. Big companies got the best tools first because they could afford the procurement, compliance and integration.
Agents flip that.
Enterprises move at the speed of their slowest committee. Whereas small businesses move at the speed of a decision. They adopt new technology first. They adapt faster. They compound quicker. Agility becomes a competitive advantage.
X
Depth beats breadth. A thousand suppliers beat three.
When agents source suppliers, they’ll prioritise exact capability and proof. When customers can find the best specialist in seconds, the company known for everything loses to the one trusted for one thing. Specialism is how you win.
Deliver, trust compounds.
Miss, it drains.
Reputation stops being a claim on a website and becomes a live score. The prize changes shape, too. The winners won't just win projects. They’ll earn a place inside the customer's circle of trust - inside their systems, on their permissions, working from within.
Every industry makes the same shift: from selling to customers to working inside their business.
An economy of specialist entrepreneurs emerges. Expertise that once lived inside the biggest firms becomes available to everyone. Each successful job earns deeper trust. Each layer of trust unlocks more responsibility.
That's the new distribution.
XI
Every expert gets a product.
For decades, experts sold their time. Platforms packaged their expertise. Software absorbed that value. But in this new economy, the value will flow back to the people who create it.
Your knowledge, frameworks and judgement become an AI worker you own. Customers add your worker to their team. It works the way you would. It delivers while you sleep.
Your knowledge stops being something you sell by the hour and becomes an asset you can rent, distribute and embed - as you choose.
XII
Every human gets a team.
Before you wake up, your team has been working. They've read your emails. Drafted your replies. Flagged the decisions you need to make.
The work moves without you.
Your role shifts from execution to direction. Because the future isn't AI replacing work. It's humans managing AI workforces.
You lead. They execute.
The future isn’t AI augmenting our work. It’s us managing theirs.
Even when AI becomes smarter than us, responsibility doesn't transfer. Someone still has to walk into the room, shake the hand, make the decision and own the outcome. That's fundamentally human. AI expands what's possible. But it doesn't replace accountability.
Humans and AI learn differently, reason differently and create value in different ways. The gap doesn’t close. In fact, the partnership compounds.
Every era belongs to whoever holds what's scarce.
Distribution. Capital. Information. Intelligence. One by one, they're collapsing into abundance... and taking whole categories with them. Software you open. Agencies you brief. Firms you retain by the hour.
But scarcity never disappears. It moves. To judgement. To trust. To proof. What's scarce tomorrow won't look like what's scarce today.
The future is full of challenges nobody has faced yet.
Each one creates needs that didn’t exist before. New problems to solve. New services to build. New places to take a business. The winners will be those who spot the new need first and move. There will be more opportunities than anyone can chase.
This is the age of intelligent decision-making: weighed, tested, compared in seconds. Emotion doesn’t vanish. It disappears into the things we value.
We’re building for the era that’s coming, not the one that’s here.
What’s live today is phase one: the proof that this is possible. Smarter Than Us is close… closer than most people are ready for.
Superreach is how you meet this moment.
The people who learn to manage it first will shape what it becomes. The founders, the individuals, the small teams who act.
And we believe that should be… everyone.
