How does the revenue share actually work?
Two income lines. Your product: your Worker earns every time it's hired, plus a recurring rev-share on every company you refer and sign up, for the agreed rev-share period. Your time: if you get certified, you bill customers directly for implementation, onboarding and support at your rates. Exact terms are confirmed with the founding cohort during onboarding.
What happens to my IP and data?
You keep 100% ownership of your IP. Your expertise powers your Worker… it is never sold on, pooled, or used to train someone else's product. Rewarding the people who bring the IP, rather than harvesting it, is the whole point of the model.
Do I need a big audience?
